Personal Branding
We want each of our scholars to be widely recognized as the leading authority on their subject. Some come to us already recognized as the authority in their field. Others come with the credentials, but not yet with the widespread recognition. No matter at what stage the scholar is when he joins us, we work closely with them to develop and quickly begin implementing a comprehensive personal branding strategy designed to lift and enrich their visibility in all forms of media. And, our focus is on making each of our scholars the stars, not our company.
Content Development
Our company was founded on the premise that it is increasingly difficult for any one person to efficiently get their message out to the relevant markets because of the movement away from the dominance of the leading traditional sources (the big three television networks, major radio networks, etc.) The internet is decimating the power of the leading traditional communication companies and opening the door to all kinds of new alternatives. We collaborate with our scholars to design products and services that enable customers to access the scholar’s wisdom when they want to, where they want to, and in the form then most convenient to them. As an added value to customers, most of our products and services are provided in multiple formats with digital being the overarching common format.
Content Marketing
Once the array of content has been defined, we design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive potential customers to sources that will inform them of the benefits of the content and create demand for the products and/or services being offered. Although much of our marketing is web based to take advantage of the cost effectiveness of the target marketing that the web enables, we use other channels where they can be cost effective. And, we leverage the multitude of speaking and media appearances of our scholars so as to facilitate participants to continue their relationship with our scholar long after an event. Perhaps most importantly, we thoughtfully cross market among the respective relationship bases of each of our scholars.
Content Distribution
As content demand is generated, it is critical that the scholar have in place an effective distribution channel to take orders, process payments and deliver content in a timely manner. We facilitate delivery of a wide range of content, through multiple points of purchase, with a wide range of payment options. And, we provide customer service during and after the sale that is of a quality that reflects well on the individual reputations of each of our scholars.
We provide these services by partnering with best-in-class service providers with deep focused expertise that is integral to the above services. Because we provide our partners with an opportunity to effectively serve a roster of leading authors and speakers, we routinely are able to obtain far better economics than any individual could obtain for themselves. And, the size of our relationships assures that our scholars receive the very best service from each of our partners.
Notwithstanding the pride we have in our partnering relationships, we fully support our scholars continuing existing vendor relationships that are already working well for them. We expect that most of our scholars will quickly see the benefit of reducing the business relationships that they must maintain so that they can stay focused on doing what they are uniquely qualified to do…maintaining their position as the leading expert in their field.
